About A-tech Consulting

Rooted in Service and Community
My journey is grounded in a lifelong commitment to service, empowerment, and community growth. From working with developing nations and nonprofit organizations to supporting marginalized communities. I’ve shaped a leadership style built on empathy, collaboration, and capacity-building. Over the years, I served my community as a volunteer in hospice care, fitness, yoga sessions for disabled individuals, and neighborhood renovation projects. These values guide everything I do—across education, fitness, health-wellness, and community participation. I am currently participating in the growth of of Kol Shira, a new congregation founded by Cantor Abbey Gostein. Every chapter of my life reflects one purpose: to connect people to their strengths, their stories, and their sense of belonging in the world.
Athlete. Competitor. Motivator.
As a life-time athlete, I learned discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. I began playing basketball and softball at ten years old, and went on to become an all-star athlete in basketball, softball, and volleyball from youth, high school and collegiate sports. In 1998, I was honored to be among the first women inducted into my high school’s Sports Hall of Fame—breaking a tradition that once recognized only male athletes.
In 2006, I entered the world of natural bodybuilding and earned my professional card in just one year—a rare milestone. Over the next six years, I competed nationally, winning multiple titles in figure, fitness, and physique. I also worked as a freelance fitness and lingerie model before founding, Naturalelite Fitness, LLC., where I coached myself, and athletes and the disabled nutrition, strength training, cardio yoga and posing to achieve their fitness and nutrition goals.
2026! I gear up for my first marathon- and work towards triathlon training!

Global Experiences
One of my earliest memories of world travel was documented in my high school yearbook. Ambition: "To travel the world!" Then, my worldview was fundamentally shaped through my service as a Peace Corps volunteer. Bolivia has such a layered histories of cities from Potosí, Sucre, Valparaíso, and the Jesuit Missions of the Chiquitos; and the amazing German bakeries in Samaipata. From this experience, curiosity became commitment and travel became a thirst to see more. From teaching preschool English in Thailand to sharing daily life with host families in Hungary, I experienced culture not as a visitor, but as a participant—learning through language, tradition, and human connection. Wandering the historic streets of Belgium, France, Italy, and the Netherlands deepened my respect for how history lives on in everyday life, shaping identities, values, and community bonds.
These experiences instilled in me a profound appreciation for cultural preservation and collective memory. Today, my global journey continues with intention, as I am drawn to UNESCO World Heritage Sites not as destinations to check off, but as living testaments to human resilience, creativity, and interconnections. From Iguazú National Park, Jerusalem, Greece, Italy; and the awe-inspiring natural power of the architectural and spiritual legacy of Angkor. Walking through the historic centers of Brugge, Lyon, and Prague; and to the enduring symbolism of Angkor Wat—each site represents a chapter in our shared global story.
My mission is simple yet expansive: to continue seeing the world with humility, curiosity, and respect. Every place I encounter reinforces my belief that understanding diverse history, and cultures is essential—not only to personal growth, but to building more empathetic, informed, and connected people worldwide.
